When you are ready to look at homes, I will create a tour of properties you are interested in viewing as well as other properties that may be a good fit based on your needs and criteria. The home tour is planned by the minute and route to ensure that it is time efficient for you and your family.

I have often been told by my clients that I should have been a detective! I am extremely diligent when it comes to looking into all aspects of a property to ensure my clients have all of the necessary information to make the best decision for their needs and wants. When researching a property of interest, I want to know the good, the bad and the ugly. I will go above and beyond to pull records, information and history on a property to ensure my clients can make their decision with all the information in front of them. This is one aspect that sets me a part from many other agents and I truly believe it is an important one. Purchasing a home is a huge decision, and it is extremely important to know of anything that could potentially affect its current or future evaluation.
